No. Verasana is a cash-pay practice. This allows us to practice outside the constraints of insurance-driven care — ordering the full panel we believe is clinically indicated, not the minimum a carrier will approve.

Over 100 markers across thyroid function, sex and reproductive hormones, the growth axis, metabolic and glycemic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, liver function, and key micronutrients including Vitamin D, B12, magnesium, and iron. Standard panels are insufficient.

Expect 3 to 4 weeks from initial contact to protocol delivery. The majority of that time is lab processing — the Verasana Comprehensive Panel requires 2 to 3 weeks for full results. Consultation and protocol design happen after results are in.

Protocols are individualized based on your labs and clinical picture. Common interventions include testosterone replacement, estrogen and progesterone therapy, thyroid optimization, GLP-1 receptor agonists, peptide therapy, growth hormone secretagogues, and targeted micronutrient correction. Nothing is prescribed without a defined biomarker target and monitoring endpoint.

Verasana's physician panel includes Gian Tricomi, DO and Elizabeth Figa, DO — both osteopathic physicians specializing in functional and longevity medicine. Clinical oversight and protocol design are conducted by the physician panel, with day-to-day coordination through our Chief Wellness Officer, Ron Milo.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our “work with us” contact page to schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

Yes. Verasana operates entirely via telemedicine — consultations, protocol management, and follow-up care are all conducted remotely. Medications and supplements are shipped directly to your door.

You receive a signed lab requisition covering all markers in the Verasana Comprehensive Panel. You present it at any participating Quest Diagnostics location — no appointment required at most sites. Results transmit directly to Verasana.

Yes. Your complete protocol — injectables, oral medications, topicals, and supplements — ships directly to your address in temperature-controlled packaging. Testosterone orders require adult signature upon delivery.

Verasana is not a primary care replacement. It is a specialist intervention focused specifically on hormone optimization, metabolic health, longevity biomarkers, and regenerative protocols. We work alongside your existing care team, not instead of it.

Yes. Verasana operates as a covered entity under HIPAA. All PHI is transmitted via TLS-encrypted connections, stored in HIPAA-compliant systems, and never sold or used for marketing. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is available on the Privacy page.
